Lipolytics
Lipolytics - injections
Excess fat breakdown injections (lipolytic therapy) are a minimally invasive aesthetic procedure designed to activate local lipolysis and reduce fat tissue volume in specific areas. During the procedure, lipolytic active preparations, such as phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate, are injected subcutaneously, which emulsify the triglycerides and promote the breakdown of adipocyte membranes. Lipolytic therapy improves microcirculation and lymphatic drainage, stimulating fat metabolism and elimination processes through the lymphatic system. The procedure is particularly suitable for reducing double chin, abdomen, side areas, thighs, and other difficult-to-correct fat deposits, providing a contouring and toning effect.
24 hours before the facial procedure, do not use peels, retinol-containing products, acids (AHA/BHA) or perform other aggressive skin procedures, Do not sunbathe, visit tanning beds or sauna, or wax the facial area, On the day of the procedure, do not use heavy cosmetics or experiment with new skin care products and If the skin is irritated, sunburned or has active inflammation, be sure to inform the specialist before the procedure.
The procedure is performed using dermatologically tested professional products from Mesoestetic, ensuring effective active ingredient delivery and good skin tolerance.
The procedure is recommended for: localised fat deposits (double chin, abdomen, flanks, thighs, etc.), uneven body contours, reduced skin tone in problem areas, the need for non-surgical body contouring and resistant fat deposits that do not respond to diet or physical activity.
The procedure is not recommended in the presence of: pregnancy and breastfeeding, oncological diseases, liver or kidney dysfunction, active inflammatory processes in the treatment area, open skin damage, autoimmune diseases in active phase, blood clotting disorders or anticoagulant use, individual hypersensitivity to lipolytic preparations and severe cardiovascular diseases.
4–6 procedures with 3–4 week intervals.
The procedure is moderately perceptible. Burning or pressing discomfort during injections may occur; local anesthesia is used if necessary.
Swelling, redness, or sensitivity in the treated area may occur, which usually subsides within a few days. Daily activities can be resumed the same or next day, following the specialist's recommendations.
After the procedure there may be mild redness, temporary skin sensitivity and slight dryness sensation. Reactions usually fade within 24 hours.
For 24–48 hours avoid intensive physical activity, thermal procedures (sauna, steam bath) and UV radiation (direct sun exposure or tanning beds), For the first 24 hours do not expose the treated area to water (do not wash the face) and do not use decorative or active cosmetics and For 2–3 days do not use aggressive skin care products (acids, retinoids, peels, scrubs).
Avoid mechanical irritation in the treatment area and If increased redness, swelling or discomfort is observed, it is recommended to use cold compresses and topical products recommended by the cosmetologist.
