important in a day-and-age where poor treatment of a customer can travel throughout the world in minutes, thanks to the Internet. This training course looks at the key elements when talking and dealing with your customer.

Session 1: What is customer service? Looking at what customer service is and the should and should nots are when it comes to communicating with a customer.

Session 2: Dealing with Complaints. Looking at why people complain, how we can deal with these complaints, and how to reply to a complaint in writing.
​
Session 3: Contacting your customer. Looking at some of the language we can use when leaving messages for customers, and speaking to our customer over the phone.
​
Session 4: Difficult Customers and Questions. Looking at how to handle difficult customers and common questions you face or could face in your line of work and making sure our answers are clear and effective.

Who is the training aimed at?– the training is aimed at people who need knowledge or practice in a certain area of English for their job.
What level do I need to be able to take part in the workshop? - students should have at least an intermediate level of general English knowledge to be able to get the most out of the sessions.
How much is a training workshop? A course will cost €200
What is the maximum number of people per training course? To make sure employees get the most out of the training, a limit of 6 employees per workshop has been set
How long is each session? Each session will last between 60-75 minutes
When and where will the training take place? All training will be held on the company's premises therefore a conference room will be needed. Courses run from Monday - Thursday and can run before, during, or after work hours.
Can the training be run in one day? An intensive training day can be done providing it does not conflict with other commitments. The price for an intensive training day is €270
